Material & Preparation

Act-of-Leadersheep-Cards Get your card deck (*quickly to come back*) or write your personal playing cards, e.g.



Have pens and sticky notes for all gamers.

Game Goal

to deliver the circle as shut collectively as attainable (and comfy)

How to play?

All individuals sit in a big circle.

A volunteer dares to face up, attracts an Leadersheep-Challenge-Card and shares a narrative how they confirmed an in accordance act of management up to now.

[Timekeeping by facilitator or self organized: approximately 30 seconds of thinking, 90 seconds of sharing]

Others mirror concerning the story and the affect on their ideas and insights about management. They are invited to sketch and write a Leadersheep-Appreciation-Card. Taking turns, they step as much as the voluntary speaker and provides appreciative suggestions whereas handing over the cardboard.

Group is requested if this instance helped them progress as a staff and (non-verbally) decides on shifting their seats accordingly in the direction of the center of their circle.

Next volunteer attracts a Leadersheep-Challenge-Card.
