Here’s a well-known quote of a person originally of a journey. Or at the least the story:
In the center of the journey of our life I got here to myself inside a darkish wooden the place the straight manner was misplaced. Ah, how laborious a factor it’s to inform what a wild, and tough, and cussed wooden this was, which in my thought renews the concern!
This is Dante (the author and the character within the story) originally of the Inferno. An extended journey, that ultimately results in Paradise.
In our work, our innovation, our constructing of merchandise, can we at all times begin within the center? I feel so, very often.
In our work, as soon as we notice that we’ve began, don’t we really feel we’ve already misplaced the straight and slim path, the great path? I feel sure, generally.
And we really feel misplaced within the woods.
Have some compassion.
Maybe New England compassion. Just a few phrases, after which again to work. But some compassion.
We don’t at all times really feel this manner. It is not going to at all times be this manner. But oft sufficient, it’s so for some time. We have that concern. And we have to be brave.

Another lesson. Never be stunned once more that we’re beginning within the center. It is admittedly the conventional place that we begin. Since 1300 AD.
